Delete Your Account

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This page explains how to delete your SunPlanner account and what happens when you do. It applies only if you've signed in with Google. SunPlanner works fully without ever signing in, and there's no account to delete if you haven't.

1. Cancel your subscription first, if you have one

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. If you're subscribed through Google Play, it keeps billing on schedule until you cancel it separately.

Cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions before deleting your account if you don't want to be charged again.

2. Delete in the app (the fastest way)

Open SunPlanner, then go to Settings > Account > Delete account. Confirm when asked. This is the recommended path if you can still sign in.

3. Can't sign in? Email us instead

If you've lost access to your account and can't use the in-app path, email us at the address in section 6 from the same Google address that's linked to your SunPlanner account. We'll reply to confirm it's really you before completing the deletion, which keeps someone else from requesting your account's deletion on your behalf. If you email from an address that isn't linked to an account, or you've never signed in at all, there's no account for us to delete; SunPlanner works without one.
